Nina Virginia (Lee) Schooley Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Nina was born in Wells Co. IN, the daughter of Ralph C. Lee and Margaret Grace (Fleming) Lee on August 13, 1918. She went peacefully to her heavenly home on August 19, 2016 at 98 years of age. Married Everett Louis Schooley on November 25, 1937. Graduated from Petroleum High School in 1936, where she later worked in the cafeteria for several years. Retired from Caylor Nickel Clinic after 10 years in the business office. Member of First Church of Christ and their “For Others” Circle. Surviving are two sons; Donald Lee (Nancy) Schooley, Plainfield, IN, Gale Eugene (Madeleine) Schooley, Michigan City, IN, two daughters; Judith Ann (Wendell) Foster, Worthington, IN, and Teresa Lynn (Mark) Dustman, Bluffton, IN, a sister; Rosemary Harrold, Union, OH, a brother; Roger C. (Glenna) Lee, Poneto, 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Schooley on February 1, 1995, a brother, Keith Lee, and three grandchildren: Mark, Lori and Dawn. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday (August 24, 2016) at the First Church of Christ. Pastor Mark Dauterman will officiate. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton and for one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.
