A. Diane Klefeker–Enyart, 83 of Bluffton, passed away on Saturday evening June 27, 2020, at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. Diane was born on October 8, 1936 in Gary, Indiana to Virl Lutrell Meadows and Antionette R. Meadows-Mock. A graduate of Bluffton High School, she worked at the Wells Community Hospital, CTS in Berne and recently at Jerry Flack & Associates in Bluffton. She served as a Den Mother for Cub Scouts, mother-advisor for Rainbow Girls and was a member and past Grand Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. She also enjoyed being a member of the Red Hatters, Wells County Historical Society, Lions Club and Wells County Extension Homemakers Association, where she served as the past president. Diane loved music, flowers and her beloved pets, Trixie and Whiskers! Diane was married to Walter R. Klefeker, Sr. and Donald Enyart, and both preceded her in death. Survivors include Diane’s children; Walter R. (Teri) Klefeker, Jr. of Ossian, Bruce D. Klefeker of Palmetto, FL, Diana L. (David) Collins of Liberty Center, Douglas T. (Tammy) Klefeker of Keystone. She was a loving grandma to 12 grandchildren; John (Kelly) Klefeker, Stephanie Peeks, Jill (Benje) Dickey, Justin Klefeker, Ryan (Deavon) Klefeker, Laci Klefeker-Boxell, Ada (Justin) Moon, Jarrad Collins, Shawna Collins, Matt (Stella) Klefeker and Brandon Klefeker and 21 great-grandchildren. Diane is also survived by siblings; Camille (Neil) Geisman, Jolene Gibbs, both of Bluffton. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, and a son, Steven L. Klefeker, a grandson, Aaron Klefeker, brothers; Timothy Mock, Michael Mock and an infant brother, Dorian Meadows. Private Family Services for Diane will take place on Wednesday, (July 1, 2020) at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home with her nephew, Doug Rogers and Jerry Flack officiating. A public graveside service will follow at 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday at Six Mile Cemetery. The safety of the family and all visitors are our utmost priority. For everyone’s safety, we ask that you practice social distancing and wearing of masks are required during the family service and public graveside service.
