| Marcella L. “Becky” Miller, 79, of Bluffton, died at 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2010, at the Meadowvale Health and Rehabilitation Center. She had been a resident at Meadowale for the past three years. Mrs. Miller had worked at Franklin Electric for more than 20 years. She was a member of the Kings Highway Tabernacle Church. She was a lifelong resident of Wells County. She was born June 30, 1930, in Wells County, to James Brown and Ruth (Richards) Perry. She married Harry “Mick” Miller Aug. 7, 1976, in Celina, Ohio; her husband died Sept. 12, 2007. Survivors include a daughter, Michele R. Lightle of Bluffton; two sons, Howard (Cinda) Bennett Jr. of Bluffton and David Miller of Hope, In.; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; five brothers, Paul Perry, Carl Perry, Bob Perry, and Kay Perry, all of Bluffton, and Junior Perry of Kentucky; and two sisters, Pearl Lyda Raggs of Bluffton and Norma Zent of Mt. Zion.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister, Melva Mullins. Calling will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, at the Thoma/Rich, Chaney and Lemler Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor James Poling officiating. Burial will be at the Six Mile Cemetery.
