Blanch R. Mann, 94, of Bluffton, died at 11 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2010, at the Ossian Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Mann was born Dec. 20, 1915, in Lee Valley, Tenn., to Auburn Osborne and Alpha Riley Osborne. She married Joe Mann, who preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, James. H. Mann of Bluffton; and two daughters, Joan Rudder of Dungannon, Va., and Phillis Osborne of Kingsport, Tenn. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Calling hours will be for family members only. Graveside services will be held later this week at the Holston View Cemetery in Weber City, Va. The Thoma/Rich, Chaney and Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton is in charge of arrangements.
